If you want to gain more momentum, boost your results and make things happen even faster, this post is for you!
Know what you want and learn from the best!
The first thing to do is to make sure that the goal you are focusing on is BIG and that you are really committed to taking massive but organized action to get there! If you are, then I would recommend that you find someone who has already done what you want to accomplish and model (learn from) them! This will undoubtedly boost your results and save you years of work, especially if you totally immerse yourself in learning and applying what they do (and have done) and know about your area. Go back to my post on Motivational Tools and Brainwashing if you want to get insights in to how you make this happen!
Write their names next to your goals in your goal sheet and then focus on that specific goal which you are obsessed about reaching! Start creating a plan of execution based on everything you have learned so far on how to set and reach goals (Visons & Goals section). Specifically have a plan for how to get what you want from the person who has already achieved that what you are going for.
The easiest way to do that is to LEARN from them by either one or all of the below:
- Spend time with them – If you want this bad enough, you will be resourceful enough to find a way to make it happen. Remember that if there is a will there is a way!!
- Ask if he/she can coach or mentor you.
- Read or listen to all relevant material you can get your hands on related to the topic of success within your area. Make sure you use YouTube and podcasts with interviews as there is so much information available and most likely those people will have the answers you are looking for!
A great way of getting access to someone is by offering something of value to them. My suggestion is to use all the “free” information you can find first but in parallel find a way to add value to them so that you can really pick their brain by also spending time in their physical presence!

This step is of course mostly related to your bigger goals and dreams in your life, the ones you are obsessed about! For the “smaller ones” I am pretty sure you know exactly what to do by now to reach them. You might just not have implemented a clear strategy for how to reach those goals yet (if not, just follow the process from Step 1). Take losing weight as an example, you know what you need to do; eating more nutritious and healthy food and start to move (exercise) and the result will come. I am sure you get the comparison, you know what you need to do to boost your results and make things happen, you just need to take the first step! Deliberate brainwashing can do wonders here and so can accountability so use what you find works and inspires you to get going.
For these bigger goals, you really just need to find your true reasons (your why) and then create habits around your steps of action to reach them. If you have a big enough why (like if if you don’t do this, your kids can’t go to college), you will be motivated to get going and you will be resourceful enough to always find a way of moving forward until you have reached that goal! A couple of suggestions on how to structure your routines and habits are: Outstanding morning routines, Daily Focus Routine and copying the Habits of the Highly Successful. Implementing these changes into your life is guaranteed to make a massive difference in your life and in your results.
When structure becomes habits, you have created the discipline so that they just happen with very little effort and that is exactly what you want!
By doing this you free up decision-making capacity in your brain, which you can use to make even more important things happen! Exercise and the right food in particular are other great ways to make sure you have energy all the time, mental clarity and a very powerful mindset to go after what you really want in life. By taking massive, strategic and focused action you are guaranteed to reach you goals!
Personal reflections on gaining momentum
Remember that you are on a life-long journey of constant transformation. What we want to accomplish is a state of mind, body and spirit which is completely aligned with your goals and dreams so that you can also start living life on your terms!
This means that it truly is a process and all of your goals will not be reached over night but if you commit to follow and implement all what is available here in a structured way, you will make them happen! I have tried to condense and structure all this in a way to make your process of action and execution as easy and fast as possible because I want what you want: for you to live your life the way you truly want!
If you are committed to changing your story and your life, I am committed to helping you as much as I can along the way with relevant strategies, tools and techniques. If you truly want it (not just kind of want it), I am confident that you can accomplish everything you ever wanted!
To make my visions my reality, I constantly immerse myself with information and interviews with my mentors and I can’t recommend it highly enough!
Every day I want to have them in my head! I want to use everything I possibly can to learn and grow and as you probably know by now, I love using; autosuggestion, faith, my subconscious mind, my reticular activating system and meditation. Combined, these efforts make sure every cell within my being gets programmed in my favor and is working for me 24/7!! A great way to boost your results without hardly noticing!
Every journey starts with one small step then followed by another one but as you want massive results, I want to see and hear you coming smashing through any walls and obstacles that comes in your way!
Your Life – Your Terms, will happen when you decide it MUST happen. I hope that day is today and you start by taking that very first step!
